Promote FriendsFest in four venues nationwide to ensure sell out across the board.
OUR APPROACH
After working on FriendsFest since it first began, Boom Live has the expertise on how best to reach fans of the TV show in different areas across the country.
For this event tour, Boom Live focused into digital advertising in order to target and re-target fans of Friends the TV show andactors, as well as previous attendees to the event in recent years. Boom Live also actioned promotions on a local scale for each of the four cities in order to raise awareness of the event returning and offer tickets as part of a competition. The whole of the campaign was implemented over three phases in order to extend the spend over a long period and reach different people in stages.
RESULTS
- 48% of the event gross potential was sold during the 48-hour pre-sale.
- An 18% increase on last year and a record for the event.
- Every ticket was sold out a week before the opening day of the event.
- ROI of 7.40 through Facebook advertising, returning £115k from ticket sales.
